    very delicious. i had to replace the peanut oil with unsweetened peanut butter, the fish sauce with soy sauce, and leave out the bean sprouts for lack of ingredients, and still turned out absolutely delicious

    Yummy! Added a bit more vinegar (like things on the sour side) & used 7 oz of noodles b/c that was what i had. Still moist. 😊
