    This was easy to make and it was a winner! I marinated the chicken for an hour with all the ingredients and it turned out tender and delicious. Added in some onions with the mushrooms and parboiled carrots with the potatoes. Can’t wait to make this 1 pot wonder again!!

    it was so good i made it twice in a week and my husband just loved it he was able to consume everything...no left-overs on both instances.

    So good! I added onion and half stick of butter and it was delicious! my family loved this. Yummmmy!
