    Easy, tasty, pleasantly crisped edges. 15 minutes spot on for florets, 1” peeled stem segments 5 minutes more. Did not have lemon olive oil, followed notes to use lemon juice instead, found too lemony. Will try lemon zest instead next time.

    Added my own twist with some marinade but it was tasty!

    Delicious! I also used mozzarella because I was out of parmesean. Was excellent side!

    Very good ,I used shredded mozzarella instead of Parmesan and roasted in oven for 10 more minutes turned out great!
