    My 15 year old son took the first taste of the a little after 3 hours of roasting. His eyes got big and his jaw dropped. He loved it!! And so did I. I followed the recipe exactly. It turned out amazing! Soooo GOOD!

    this recipe was a little off. it doesnt need beef broth for it makes its own juice.instead of 1 tablespoon of butter it takes one whole stick of butter just put it all in a crock pot and slow cook for 8 hours its very delicious
