Added more seasonings and instead of oven would recommend pan frying with less oil for more crispiness

I had a lot less control of how crisp they got putting them in the oven than I would have frying them in the pan. They baked unevenly with some getting totally burnt and others not getting dark enough.
For me they were just as greasy as other methods I've tried. I will say though the prep and clean up was a lot easier.

Easy prep and like that they are shallow fried...makes them less greasy than others I’ve tried.

Great recipe! I added a bunch more vegetables and peas and it made for a great pickup meal

Great recipe. Super easy to make. I chopped golden potatoes and onions in my food processor and added dried chopped garlic.
Crispy outside, render inside and so delish 😋

next time ill use more oil, some got a bit crunchy on the edges. Otherwise, really tasty!

Worked fantastic. I added spring onion. My mixture was pretty wet, so I kept adding corn flour and breadcrumbs in equal measure until the mixture started firming up.

Flavor was ok. It was not quick and easy. The latkes stuck to my pans. Were super oily even after using a ton of paper towels to soak up all of the oil I could. I am going to steer clear of any recipes involving frying whether in the oven or pan from now on. Just not really my thing.

Turned out very yummy, and quite easy to make. Be sure to press out as much water as you can, and make both sides of the pancake flat to cook evenly.

Fantastic! Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Such a great alternative to frying.

I liked how this is a way to make my kids eat vegetables I liked how the salt tasted but a little bit hard

These are deadly! You will eat all of them, I can not begin to explain how good they are. The plus is cooking them in the oven! The trick to making sure your house doesn't smell is to take those oily pans outside when you are done. Let them cool off and then you can clean them inside without the odor.
