SO AMAZING. Please use foil under the cookie rack. You’ll thank yourself later! Great flavor. Added 3 golden beets, cut in wedges, to leftover marinade. Stirred it up to coat then added to the end of the baking sheet, to roast. Beets were done at the same time as the thighs...and they did fine under the broiler as well. So good together ❤️

Marinated for about an hour. Only had boneless and skinless chicken thighs so cooked in a braiser pan in the marinade. Turned out great!

We marinated overnight and the flavor was so rich. The kids gobbled it up and this plate did not last long! Cooking on the rack made the chicken texture delicious.

Amazing dish. Adding it to our weekly menu. This is the 4th time I’ve made it. It’s extremely easy to make and super yummy. My husband loves it, I use boneless thighs and honey.

Simple, quick and delicious. I only marinated for 1 hour. Next time I will marinate longer. Skin was crispy and meat cooked up really nicely.

I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and these came out fantastic! Quick and easy to make when you have a hectic schedule

Pretty good, although the flavors are much the same as chicken adobo, which I don't like much.

4/5 stars because chicken thighs aren’t my favourite cut of poultry. The recipe is great though and made me actually enjoy eating chicken thighs. The marinade is easy to make. I made the marinade early in the morning and marinated the chicken all day. I also tripled the recipe, and the chicken still cooked fully in 40 minutes. The skin had a really great crisp to it and tasted fab.

I eyeballed the ingredients, replaced the brown sugar for Honey. Used a knife to poke the chicken thighs and let it marinate for 10 minutes. I then used an airfryer to cook the chicken thighs for 10min per side at 400 degrees. My 3yo daughter absolutely loved the chicken and the skin as it was crispy and full of flavor.
It was so easy and quick to make that I'll definitely make it again.

Very tasty. It's best to get the marinade to absorb into the chicken. I pierced the chicken, skin side down, many times with a sharp knife and then left the chicken in the marinade in the fridge for two hours.
Chicken was moist and had a crisp skin after 40 minutes and without the need to grill at the end. I did follow the tip to heat the oven to 220 degrees for the first 20 minutes and then 200 degrees for the last 20 minutes of cooking.

I am not a great cook but this marinade is fantastic. Even I can do this!!! I used Tamari ( low sodium soy sauce). The Yummly website is confusing because it says to use some water but the main directions mention Olive oil. I used the oil instead of the water. It had this wondrous bbq taste, even though I put it in the oven. I baked potato, sweet potato and japanese radish amongst it. It is definitely going to be a regular dish. If the heat remains high for most of the cooking I found you do not need to broil.

Really tasty. There is a hint of a grilled taste. It was moist, tender and so easy to prepare. I let it marinade for 5 hours but I'm sure it would be just as delicious if it was marinaded for less time. It's a keeper!
