    Delicious! Meat was very tender and fell off bone. This is an easy way of making ribs with ingredients I always have on hand. You do need a lot of sauce too baste the ribs with.

    I followed the cooking temperature and time as written. I changed up the seasoning to my favorite bbq rub. Also added apple vinegar and apple juice to the foil pack. Ribs turned out perfect.

    I did not use barbecue sauce at the end. Always a winner with the family and I have even taken it to pot lucks. Peeps ask for the recipe! I also cook it in a slow cooker and quickpot. Comes out great.

    Very tasty! I didn’t have the liquid smoke and will try it agin when I get some. The ribs were not as much as was on the recipe so I baked it for 2.5hours at 300•
