This turned out well, but I’d add more spice next time and I’ll use smoked paprika. This wasn’t fall off the bone tender but was was tender and enjoyable. I subbed chipotle powder for the cayenne and liked it.

Excellent recipe. One question though, why the chicken stock? Can't believe it flavours the pork when it isn't in contact, then the stock gets wasted at the end. No mention of what to do with it! We did use a little of it as a gravy though... Just seems the recipe is incomplete.

Really good and tender. I added extra seasoning to enhance the flavoring a little bit more.

The cook of these were perfect fall off the bone super soft and tender however the flavor was lacking. Probably wouldn’t make this exact recipe again.

Absolutely phenomenal! These were hands down the most tender fall-off-the-bone ribs I've ever had in my life! This will definitely be a regular for my fiancée and me

I would recommend this to everyone I used a Memphis style BBQ sauce and loved it

Family loved this, but with the caveat of they probably wouldn’t want them too often - very filling.

I cannot express to you, in family friendly words, how amazing these ribs are. We let our seasoning marinate overnight, and we highly recommend.

I made this(1 rack of ribs)! I put my oven on 300 for 2 hours and also did the broiling, ribs were delicious. I wish we had more! lol

fall off the bone good. I baked it in the oven for over 3 hours wrapped in foul, let them cool and finished them off on the bbq.

i didnt have a roasting pan so i cut up some red potatos ans used them to prop up the meat. the ribs were not " fall off the bone" but they certainly were good. May have to invest in a roasting pan and try again

The rub was really nice. I did not add the sugar as I felt my BBQ was bringing a lot of sugar to the recipe already. My ribs were not "fall of the bone" and it might have to do with that but still very tasty

Excellent recipe. I paired it with my homemade BBQ sauce and it was so tasty. The ribs were tender and fall off the bone good.
