    Perfect! I used 2 juicy navel oranges. I only had large brown eggs and put in 3. Topped orange loaf with a glaze, using powdered sugar and orange juice, from the navel oranges. Love it! This is my 3rd time to make, my family loves an requested for Christmas Eve.

    I under-mixed at the flour stage (fearing I would over-mix), so my cake had some bits of flour here & there on the top crust. My cake was also dense on the lower half. Seems like the egg settled on the bottom. While still nice, I would add more juice & zest next time for a stronger orange taste. Otherwise the recipe was easy to follow.

    Veery taste, i had to use a little smaller loaf pan, so it seemed thick, not fluffy. Still lots of flavor and i put rinds in mix, it didnt say in recipe where they go?

    Fluffy and yummy. Will do it again but cut the sugar in halve. It was a little too sweet for my taste

    doubled the ingredients, baked in two 8 inch pans for 35 minutes.

    This recipe is famazing! I didn’t change anything and I added three more spoons of oil as recommended and it was moist, fluffy and heavenly! I made mine into cupcakes and I still enjoyed it. My daughter ate three cupcakes same day I made it, I just had to hide it so it would last some days. I’ll definitely try this recipe again.

    Very delicious. I used applesauce instead of oil, so it came out a little more dense than i would have preferred (not that my family cared). Next time I'll probably add a little coconut oil or a bit more applesauce to moisten it up. This was a quick and simple recipe.
