This pasta soup is so good and so much easier than I thought! I substituted the chicken stock for vegetable stock and it’s still amazing.

It’s delicious! I add Italian sausage, red pepper flakes, mushrooms and use half and half cream instead.
Super easy to make.

I absolutely love this recipe! I have made it multiple times, and if you don't have the fresh basil, rosemary, and oregano on hand then subbing a good amount of Italian seasoning makes it a delicious soup as well (plus it's easier and cheaper!)

We loved it did what most people suggested and added spinach and mushrooms. It was a little spicy someone really loves chili🖖🏾

Good soup! It waa quick to make with minimal prep. I used dried tortellini, and I had to cook them a few more additonal minutes, but it still turned out great.

We loved this soup! Great flavor and texture. One of my sisters wished the tomato chunks were a little smaller, but that is easily remedied. I also used some non- canned tomatoes that were getting pretty soft, and they seemed to work great! Highly recommend.

Turned out amazing!!!! I read the reviews and took some advice and added Italian sausage!

I listened to a lot of the comments and added potatoes, spinach, mushrooms and sausage. Was a fairly thin soup maybe because I used chicken broth instead of stock but ended up tasting great and was very easy to make and add stuff in! I ate it with grilled cheese. Will be making again for sure

I like it very much! I didn’t find tortellini in our shop, so I replaced it by vegetable dumplings and I used vegetable broth.

Found thus very bland. I jacked it up with a lot more seasonings including sugar. It was very good after that but not as written.

Used dried herbs vs fresh and no diced tomatoes cause hubby likes smoother soups, came out delicious.

I had a crowd over for dinner so I made three different soups to go with a garden salad and garlic bread; this soup being one of them. While everyone said that they liked all the soups, there was hardly any of this one left at the end of the night. It’s a keeper for sure. I added fresh baby spinach when I put in the tortellini. I will definitely be making it again!

Did not like this one. Very strong acidic taste and tortellini just don’t compliment the soup well.

As others recommended, I used an immersion blender to smooth the texture. I also used gnocchi instead of tortellini, doubled the herbs (I used dried), and added sautéed zucchini and mushrooms. Will definitely make again.

Very nice taste to this soup. I wish I read some of the comments beforehand though. The soup was too liquidy, the immersion blender suggestion would've thickened it up some or maybe 3 cups of broth instead of 4. Either way, I'll be making again with this slight modification.
