I added a hint of sugar to bring out more of the coconut flavor. I enjoyed the sweet/spicy combo, and it wasnt over the top. The family, however... that's a different story. I am originally from Hawaii, fiancé is from the pacific northwest. He was not a fan because "coconut is used for desserts."

It was tasty. I’m personally not a fan of ginger, but my family is and they enjoyed it thoroufhly

This was pretty good! I added black beans and garlic/onion powder. I wish there was a bit more spice but over all will make again

I loved the taste. I would 100% eat it everyday. It sent a blast of flavors to my taste buds. When I had it with the rice I instantly knew I was In love. I loved it so much, I can’t wait to make it again.

I used canned tomatoes and frozen riced cauliflower because I did not have any fresh, but it was still very tasty and will be making it again.

Boyfriend made this and it was good. It’s a thick dish (like the picture shows, so no sauce), but had it with some rice and was very good
