Did this pie crust a few days ago and it was really yummy, but I had a few "problems" with it. I wanted to make a pie, but the dough wasn't enough for a cover, so my pie it ended up as a tart; I would totally recommend to duplicate if you intend to make a pie as well. Also, the directions say that you should bake for ten minutes but the crust ended up a little too dry for my taste after I baked the actual pie/tart, so I would bake for five minutes or don't bake it previously at all.
