Turned out excellent with crispy edges and chewy delicate center. The dough seemed a tad dry, so I added 2 tbsp melted butter. So delicious that I will make again.

Very dry will make again . Taste was just ok . Will go back to Quaker ost recipe. It never fails .

In order to resemble cookies you need to flatten them as much as possible. Very flavourful, just not the texture
of a cookie. More like rock
cakes.

I made a few changes after seeing the comments and they are delicious. 20 minutes is the cook time and I mixed two sugars and used cranberries and dark chocolate chips

I was specifically looking for a recipe without brown sugar because I was out. Like others it was annoying to not have a time started with 15 minutes, underdone, added 10 mins, overdone, second and third trays did 20 mins and that was perfect. These turned out just alright. Definitely need to add vanilla, maybe more cinnamon and I’d like to try adding cardamom if I make them again. They’re quite bland, not very sweet, smell better than they taste.
- Substituted dark chocolate chips for raisins.
- I also bake gluten free with a 3, 2, 1 ratio of Garbonzo Bean, Arrowroot, Tapioca starch mix for a flour substitute. (Could contribute to the lack of sweetness)

Recipe didn’t say how long to bake. I did 10 mins and they were done but I see other comments saying they did 18-20 minutes. My oven isn’t calibrated right so it may have just been a little too hot (thus the faster cooking time), but the cookies didn’t turn out bad!

Nice and crunchy and easy to make. I substituted chocolate chip for raisins as I didn't have any raisins.

Really good, I didn't have baking soda so I added 1 more egg to make them rise a bit more and they came out UH-MAZING ❤😋

They turned out good, but there was no time on the recipe, I put them in for about 18 min
