    The quiche turned out great! I used five eggs and almost entirely heavy whipping cream instead of milk. Great recipe.

    Wonderful ... this is my family’s favorite!!! I also skip the bacon and put JIMMY DEAN’S SAUSAGE in its place...both versions are yummy!

    It was amazzzzzing! Will definitely make again. I used mozzarella and Swiss cheese combo. Would be easier to make bacon ahead of time.

    Really good. I didn’t include bacon and used kale rather than spinach cause that’s what I had. Very flavorful!

    This was great, I only did it without the pie crust and whole milk. I used almond milk instead. Turned out great. No more plain bacon and eggs lol.

    Delish! DRAIN THE SPINACH LIQUID. I did not and it was very soupy.🤦‍♀️ Possibly doing half cream as well next time. Made 2 different recipies and the one with cream came out much firmer. Full of flavour.

    this is what i made for a thanksgiving appetizer......even though i was told no one in my family "likes" quiche. yet somehow....IT ALL DISAPPEARED SOOOO FAST! lies!!!!! ALL OF EM....FULLA LIES! lol. quiches are my favorite to play with in the kitchen and my favorite midnight snack to munch on sooo this one here is a no fail easy peezy quiche to try for a first time quiche-er!

    amazing. I love the mushrooms! use crimini (baby portabella) for the best flavor. I also use a little less spinach (around 4 oz) and more bacon (8 strips, thick cut). I also use a Swiss-gruyere mix, which really makes it.

    Was really good I substituted cheddar cheese since I didn’t have the other cheese on hand also my husbands not a fan of spinach next time I may use broccoli
