    It was amazing. Flavor was perfect I served it with sliced avacado. Yum! I think I needed to precook the mushrooms more. There was a lot of mushroom juice still at the bottom.

    Made two today...added leek to one with colby jack and the other i added leek and bacon with a mixed cheese. Both were delicious. Thanks for the tips on the egg mixture.
