    Used half and half instead of heavy cream and added broccoli. Very tasty.

    Turned out okay, but was thinner than I’d hoped so I added a little flour to thicken it up. Also.. won’t use more than 1 tsp. of balsamic in the future. Used 1/2 TBSP and the acidic taste is a bit overpowering.
