    This was amazing. Made it for a friend get-together... really easy to make and great taste. Definitely add more noodles than instructed.

    It had really good flavor, but next time I will use low sodium soy sauce. It was really salty.

    Turned out good just cut back on the brown sugar though. Next time I will Use the thicker ramen noodles instead of the curly instant ones. Will definitely make it against.

    Absolutely delicious! I made with beef for my partner and substituted tofu for me and it turned out well. I also added baby pak choi to bulk it up a bit. I used salt reduced stock (massels) and salt reduced soy sauce, it still turned out just a bit too salty for my taste but still edible. I’d probably reduce the soy by a little bit next time

    Love love love. I double the sauce, add Bok choy and Broccoli. I have tried many different cuts of beef and they all turned out great. The cheaper the meat you get, the smaller you should cut it

    Pretty tasty! The sauce was sweet with a tid bit of kick, but would adjust red pepper flags or add heat on your own if you like spicy food like me! Overall easy to make and quick

    This dish turned out so good! I used water instead of broth, and not so much soy sauce because I had doubled the recipe, also added mushroom. Next time I plan on adding zucchini and carrots.

    I reduced the quantity of soy sauce and brown sugar to 1/2 cup each, and used water instead of broth, and it still turned out too salty. I ended up adding 100g more of noodles and 1/2 cup of water to even it out. I also added some ginger, carrots, and cayenne pepper. The sauce thickened nicely and the dish turned out great after these adjustments.

    We have a hard time getting everyone in our family on board with a meal, so it’s typically chaos, but this recipe was a WIN for everyone! I took advice from the reviews, I only added 1/2 C brown sugar, used 4 packs of ramen noodles, and added some fresh mushrooms which I sautéd lightly with the green peppers, and it was great! It rated between an 8 & 9 to be made again in our house! (Victory!!!) thank you!

    I reduced the amount of soy sauce and sugar in the sauce and added onion flakes. I used tenderised steak and the meat was amazing in the sauce. Just the right amount of sauce to cover all the ingredients. I added mushroom and carrot to increase the veges and it came out perfect. Will definitely cook again

    It’s good, but it was way too much soy sauce. If I made it again, I would half the soy sauce and try adding a tbsp of oyster sauce to give it a bit more flavor.

    Overall taste was good! But the sauce never thickened up & there needed to be waaayyyy more noodles for it to be more authentic. Might try it again.

    Was really good. The family loved it. I used chicken broth that said no salt added, which was fine because the meal did not taste overly salty. I should have thought to reduce the amount of brown sugar. The noodles are sweet and I would have loved the salty sweet combo. Luckily the beef and the onions help balance it out. Next I might just get low sodium broth instead or no salt added or just reduce the amount of brown sugar. Great dish.

    All the boys in my family loved it. It does have a lot of salt. Only thing I did different was add less soy sauce if I make it again I will definitely use low sodium broth (I didn’t have that this time) and substitute water.
