Follow the steps exactly as they are… I find making 1.5!times the recipe for the sauce give the meat a saucier feel and the sauce goes great by itself o rice.

Was okay. There were some things missing, like how to velvet beef for stir-fry. I felt like there was some flavor missing. Next time, before I add the cornstarch to the meat, I'm going to add oyster sauce to give it more flavor in the bite.

Easy with little clean up I like it spicier so I would add more Chili Flakes when I cook it again

The family loved it. They were a bit upset that I didn’t make more. Will be making this again.

Fantastic. Although I did add a lot more chilly flakes for my Indian palate. 😋 Thank you for a great recipe. It’s a definite keeper.

Great tasting! I even used the sauce on my chicken to make Mongolian Chicken. I have serve these dishes with rice, or/and noodles.

This turned out amazing! Made it with story fry instead of white rice and it was so good! The sauce was the best part my only suggestion is to not overcoat the beef in cornstarch. It will fall off in the pan and burn.

I understand now about the low sodium soy sauce, but I used what I had on hand. It was good, but low sofium would be best. I did thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch slurry. My husband loved it.!

My husband said it was a restaurant quality meal and had theee helpings. My only complaint is that my kitchen was a disaster after cooking the beef. But I followed the recipe exactly (I used flank steak and had it in the freezer closer to an hour). I served with noodles and sautéed baby boo choy. Definitely a keeper, just have to figure out how to stop the oil from splattering everywhere.

Very good, I didn’t get the low sodium soy sauce and it was super salty. I’ll make it again next time with the lowest sodium soy sauce I can find.

It was delicious!! I added a bit of cornstarch slurry to the sauce to make it sticky! But the flavor was EXACTLY what my taste buds wanted!! ❤️
