This was pretty good. I recommend seasoning your beef so that it has flavor aside from the sauce. Really easy and tasty!

yum!!! the whole famly loved it, we have a little so i left out the pepper 🌶 😅 and used regular soy, definitely recommend checking you have the low sodium. but we will be having this again!

we call it Soy Beef in İndonesia. İt tastes great though. Just not what İ expected from the Mongolian Beef.

There is nothing my son doesn’t like about it. So will probably add to the rotation. Would go well with basmati or white rice.

Its pretty good, but it took me twice as long as the supposed 30 minutes to make. I agree with the others that adding some red pepper flakes would be great.

Fantastic recipe! Absolutely delicious! Very simple too! Instead of cornstarch, I used potato starch on the beef and turned out amazing, thank you!

I thought this was fabulous and thoroughly enjoyed it. Kids thought it was too sweet but they ate it. If I can scale it down for one I’ll make it again for sure

kicked it up with chili garlic paste and white pepper. also added 1 large red pepper and 1 stalk of celery for crunch. very good otherwise. worst part, no leftovers.

This was super awesome!!!! I did put a full teaspoon of fresh ginger instead and only 1/3 cup of brown sugar. 2/3 would have been way too much!

Very good but a little sweet. I reduced the brown sugar to just 1/3 cup of Brown Sugar but you should keep the recipe as is if you prefer a sweeter taste. Also, using fresh ginger and garlic are the keys to a making this a delicious and aromatic dish.

Quick and easy to make i would adjust the sweetness less sugar and add Chinese chili sauce to give a kick. I used stew beef marinated overnight then sliced before coating with cornstarch less expensive cut of beef was tender best to under cook steak it continues to cook in sauce also make sure oil is hot so it is not greasy.

It had excellent flavor and was very easy to make. We added caramelized onions on top as we love onions but it definitely didn’t need them and was great without it. Will definitely make again.

We loved it! We doubled the sauce because we usually like extra sauce, however that wasn’t necessary. It’s really a simple and quick recipe for a great meal.

Loved it but I changed it quite a bit lol I reduced the sugar and added molasses about 2Tbls. And I used stir fried more veggies to go in mine like snap peas mushrooms and broccoli. I also added toasted sesame seeds and sesame seed oil also I pressure cooked my beef in the insta pot with broth and then dusted it in corn starch and seeds and threw it in the sauce which thickens it up quite a bit. I will make again and add a couple dried red peppers next time.
