Very good cake. I opted to include the almond emulsion and butter extract (despite needing to order them online). I made it with buttercream frosting, as the recipe suggests, but I think I’d try a different frosting if I made this cake again.

This cake turned out perfect. I did not add either emulsion, I did add 1 extra tsp of vanilla. It will now be my go to white cake I’ve searched for a long time.
