    Turned out great 400* in a convection oven for 18 mins and didn’t want it to over bake-off the edges so I turned it down to 350* for the next 8 mins till it was done Good cornmeal crunch and - like they said - nice and moist throughout

    This was great and turned out with a beautiful color! Baked in a cast iron pan and after reading the other reviews, added a bit more sugar. Also added corn kernels per my daughters request.

    Super moist and just added a little more sure and it was just how I like it
    Turned out great. A little bland so I might be adding more salt and sugar next time. Held together well even though I was lazy and added the melted butter in with the rest of the liquids rather than after.

    Cornbread was crunchy, moist and flavorful in all of the right places. I added just a touch more sugar, only because my family likes it sweet-it was a perfect contrast and accompaniment to the spicy chili I made!

    I loved the moistness of this recipe but next time will try with salted butter and a tich more sugar. More to my personal taste for eating on its own. I’m using this for the base of my Thanksgiving stuffing and it was perfect for that since I will add in further ingredients.
