    These are one of my favorite cookies! I did add one more step... I roasted my peacans for 8 min in the oven before I started. It makes a big difference in the taste of pecans for any recipe.

    They turned out great! I tweaked the timing a bit because I like super soft cookies/almost dough-like, so I cooked for 18 min. instead of 30.

    delicious, so addictive! definitely need to chill for a bit longer than the recipe suggests, a few cookies had butter leaking out everywhere.
