Delicious! Turned oven to 400 degrees for first half, then to 375., I spiced it up a bit (cuz we like it hot) with a few extra ingredients and topped with green onion, lettuce and the sour cream. The whole family loved it!

A little bland, so I put a bottle of hot sauce out. Will make it again and serve with a side of hot sauce!

This is delicious, especially with the sour cream and cilantro toppings! I cut the recipe in half for my small family.
