This was delicious. Made it for a bbq and it was a huge hit. I will definitely make it again.

This is my signature side now whenever I’m invited to a bbq. Someone mentioned not being able to handle jalapeños - my husband can’t either but I just remove all the seeds and it doesn’t bother him. (The heat is in the seeds). If corn isn’t in season I use frozen organic corn and it’s still excellent!

its a fresher take on this recipe omitting the mayo/crema and was good. But i added cotija as I felt it was missing and the fresca didn't quite do it.

Made this several times now and my girlfriend loves it. We are currently in the process of modifying and making it our own based on tastes but I highly recommend

i used cilantro spices and it turned out very tasty as well. Also great for BBQs.

Good and simple. I grilled the corn in the oven on 400 for approximately 45 mins.

I was tired of making potatoes or just corn on the cob when grilling out so I was looking for fresh ideas and tastes. I came across this and it was amazing, and all my friends and family loved it! Definitely a hit and have made it several times!

This was pretty good. I used a bit more chili powder and lime juice, and added more tomatoes than the recipe called for, just for extra color and flavor. Next time, I’ll add some onion, grilled chicken, and maybe some black beans to elevate it to a full meal.

It was really good! I bought avocado oil before I realized it would taste exactly the same with olive oil and I just cut up regular tomatoes.

This is a BANGER!! I added a whole lime, and had to use mozzarella because there wasn’t any quest fresco in the stores near me. I’m sure it’ll taste even better with it. So glad I tried this recipe.

Good!
I used goat cheese instead of queso as it’s what I had on hand, and added guacamole.

Delicious! I baked my corn with a little oil and salt for about 2 hrs at 325°F. I also added avocado instead of tomatoes and added a little extra lime juice. I would totally recommend this!

This reminds me of the crab salad that I made and it was Delicious . In fact it was sooo Gooood that I made it two weeks in a row. Thank you Yummly you make my day

I added black beans and one red pepper. Soooo good I’m making it twice in one week- nothing left!
