Great! Family loved it despite some missing ingredients at home but I tried my best. Easy for a beginner like me.

I love this recipe. I've made it multiple times for potlucks and barbecues and it's always a hit. I typically use yogurt, feta cheese and canned corn.

Oh man this was out of the world- we did a few changes- I added basil as well ( I love cilantro but wanted a few other flavour notes). I used canned roasted red peppers- I used plain coconut yogurt and we used feta and instead of jalapeño I used Serrano fresh from the garden.
Geez it was so good - I will make it again. I cannot believe how tasty it was- but fresh corn if you have it is the way to go.

So good! I didn’t have pepper so I substituted mango, and it really kicked the flavours up to another level!

I love the salad version!!!! Made it this evening. I made a few tweaks of my own but, overall ..... light, delicious, and fun to make. Slipped it in the recipe box and can’t wait to share with friends !!!

So delicious!!! I used canned corn and omitted the red pepper and jalapeño since I didn’t have any, but should’ve made a bigger batch!
