One of the best, easiest, and most inexpensive recipes. I used paprika and red pepper flakes, because I was out of chilli powder. Still wonderful

Great easy way to spice up boring corn. I used frozen corn instead of canned, worked out just fine. This is an easy recipe for a side when you’re tired of rice/beans

Crowd pleaser! Served with street tacos. I used canned corn but would be great with fresh grilled corn. I also used feta as that is what I had on hand. Flexible recipe and bursting with flavor!

Very simple which is why I went with it and super easy to make. Would recommend. Can even add whatever you want like avacado or tomatoes if you want too throw in other flavors. Great side for almost any meal.

Delicious!!! Simple recipe and enough for the whole family! I used home grown parsley and wish I bought the cilantro definitely recommend

Yum! i really enjoyed it. Only a 4* because my boyfriend didn't like it as much. He's sort of a traditionalist. Lol!
