Delicious!! added extra chicken broth so very good. My family and I loved it !!

Very good. It was a little bit tomatoey. I didnt have tomato sauce so I used 2 tbsp tomato paste mixed with the chicken broth and a little water. Next time I'll use less tomato paste (or buy tomato sauce).

Very easy and had good, unobtrusive flavor to provide a bed for pollo en molé, but would need some augmentation if it was served as a stand-alone side.

Absolutely love this recipe. I've made it 3 times now because my husband keeps asking for it. I use Basmati rice instead of plain white rice and leftover grilled jalapeños. Absolutely delicious!

Just finished it and know it will be a hit at dinner with beef enchilada’s! We like spice so I spiced it up a bit more but great recipe!

Other than the rice not cooked all the way, the flavor was great. I'll use a 5 minute rice next time.

Love this! It was a last minute add on to my dinner and turned out much better than any of the grocery store pre-made mixes and better than some Mexican restaurants. I substituted salsa for the tomato sauce, went light on the jalapeños and didn’t have any lime. Very good!

I made this as a dinner for my sister and I, and we both liked it a lot. It was also easy and quick to make.
