Loved it!! 🤗🤗 Used veggie broth, red kidney beans and sweet pepper instead. Maybe a tiny bit bland - though easy to fix to taste. We will definitely make it again.

This was my very first quinoa recipe, and it’s a great intro! Very easy to make with simple ingredients. A little bland, but throw in some spices and it’ll be amazing.

Great introduction to quinoa. I added more seasoning to compensate for not having the green chilies. An optional tsp of sour cream per serving made it phenomenal. The second time I made it I added shiitake mushrooms to sub out meat. My carnivorous family still loved it.

Very easy and delicious. Did take other reviewers advice and added bell pepper, red onion and some chili powder along with 2 cups of broth. Garnished with fresh tomato, red onion and bell pepper. Will make again!

Super yummy. Cooked all for 25 min on low. Added guac, sour cream and a bit of lemon (lime would be better).

I made it without the chicken stock since we are vegetarian, I also added chopped green peppers to add more color to the mix. Fresh ground cumin took the dish to the next level. I shared the recipe since everyone loved it.

First time making quinoa, turned out great. Substituted cumin for chilli powder

Loved it!!! I’m not usually the biggest quinoa fan but I really enjoyed this recipe! Followed the instructions to a T and it came out perfect!

I added a can of drained chopped tomatoes and it’s still good. Next time I’ll use fresh corn and it should elevate the taste.

Very good! Quick and easy to make I added onions and left out the cumin. Also added sliced avocado before serving. I will make this often.

This is such an easy meal! Simple to cook, but flavorful! Easy to adapt based on contents in your own fridge and pantry.

I used one can of corn and one can black beans, no cumin. One of my new favorites.

This was good. I added more seasoning (extra cumin, chili powder, garlic salt) and chicken broth.

I absolutely loved it and how easy it was to make. Whule everything cooked, I put a rub on a chicken breast and cooked it up in a skillet. A perfect complete dinner.
