    First time making this and it turned out amazing. I added a red bell pepper which blended perfectly with the other flavours. Also used salsa I bought from Walmart as opposed to the recipe they provide. Already added this recipe to my book and will be making again. Note: this recipe was just enough to feed my family of 4 (2 children). If you’re feeding a family of more than 4 I would recommend doubling the recipe.

    Overall pretty good. I used cauliflower rice. I also used taco seasoning though some extra salt and pepper to taste was still needed. I garnished with sliced black olives

    The family liked it. I added two jalapeños and two tomatoes. It still wasn’t spicy enough. I’ll fix that next time.

    Easy Mexican dish, I added small yellow and red peppers diced. A can of Rotel, chilli and lime seasoning and some black beans and small can of corn. Also lime rice baked with several types of cheese. Served with sour cream family loved it!!!

    Was pretty good we did Spanish rice with it and I think next time we will add just a little more salsa but other then that it was good!!!

    Turned out great! I added a yellow pepper and black beans and I little extra salsa. I used Mexican style rice as well. I’m making it again right now!

    I added rotel, green chiles, corn, and black beans. I also had a packet of taco seasoning on hand and added that to the beef after draining the fat. My entire family ate it and I will be making this again.

    It was okay. I used half a can of black beans and used Rotel instead of salsa . It came out a little dry but added salsa before I ate it . I was just okay

    Made for my family - they all loved it! Went back for second in fact (this says a lot because they are all quite fussy). I did reduce the chilli powder to 1 tsp but it still had a kick! 10/10 would recommend if you have ground beef that you don’t know what to do with

    I made a milder version (left out the chilli powder and cumin) but my family LOVED it! My 20 month old devoured hers! So easy and makes plenty! We will definitely have this again 👍🏻

    Love this recipe and have made it multiple times now. Instead of salsa I use one 10 oz. can of Serrano RoTel. Left overs reheat nicely as well.

    I used ground chicken to be healthier.. I also used cilantro lime rice (Zatarains brand) and Trader Joe’s salsa. It was super yummy and very easy to make.

    Quick and easy dish that was tasty. I wish I would have pulled it out of the oven a little sooner. The cheese got a little crusty instead of being gooey. I made it all in a cast iron skillet which improved kitchen clean up. Used a different type of salsa instead of using the salsa recipe that was suggested.

    Absolutely delicious easy to make I made up Old Elpaso Mexican rice made a bed of it in the bottom of the casserole dish put all of the other ingredients on top and topped it off with a mixture of shredded cheddar cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese and the green onions.     Turned out pretty good if you like Mexican food. I dont care too much for Mexican food. I just had some leftover cooked beef and wanted to make something else. So I just made it for my husband☺️ He liked it a lot.
