Made this for my family tonight. So easy and tastes great. We paired it with Spanish rice.

I used thin-cut chicken breasts from Wegmans and sautéed the jalapenos with the bell pepper and garlic to cut the heat a bit. I served it with some rice. Yummy!

Turned out great I didn’t slice the breast in half I missed that part 🤦🏽♀️ so it took longer to cook the chicken plus I doubled the recipe for our family. Over all tho AMAZING!!

I love jalapeños so naturally I enjoyed this dish because of the spice. It definitely makes a beautiful presentation as you can see. However, I felt it lacked in flavor despite all the seasonings and spice. I appreciate the ingredients being whole foods rather than processed but if I make this again, I will have to add something more to give it more flavor.

Made this exactly how it says and it was very good. Husband approved even. Next time i might add avocado to it and Husband says he requires a side of rice...

Great dish! I’ve made this with breasts or thighs, whatever I had on hand. Added a can of black beans (drained and rinsed) and a can of fire roasted tomatoes because we felt it needed more veggies. I also added a half onion and added green onion to the garnishes. We like food with a lot of flavor, so I seasoned the veggies with the same mix as the chicken. Soooo good!

Great flavor but if you use frozen corn you DO NOT need to add the 1/2 cup water. It ended up way too watery. I will definitely make it again without the water though because it was very tasty!
