This was really good-I added tomatoes and used parsley rather than cilantro for Mediterranean. Will use cilantro for Southwest one.

Love this quick put together dish! I roasted my own red peppers so that the flavor was fresh and yyummy! I will make again!

I made a triple batch so had enough to share with company. Added a little extra dressing. Turned out great! Love the flavours but I love greek salad so this is very similar. AND very filling too!

Everyone loved it! I hade made it x4. Used what we had on hand, so substituted with white onion and didn’t used the red pepper. Can’t wait to try this again and I’m sure the actual recipe is delicious!

It was perfect!! I used balsamic vinegar instead of red wine vinegar and I added cucumber!! Soooooo delicious!!

yummy! i doubled the dressing and used italian seasoning instead of oregano and swapped the corn for tomato.

Turned out great! I used twice as much dressing as called for, and think it works better. I also added garbanzo beans to the mixture

So light and delicious! Unfortunately didn't have onions, but still turned our pretty good.
