Really easy to put together. I put it over lettuce and it was delicious! I made a little more of the dressing (added a little agave sweetner) to toss into the lettuce first. Adding a salad base allowed the recipe to serve more people as well.

Sadly, the avocados at my store were hard as rocks, so I wasn’t able to include my favorite ingredient. But the rest? Flippin’ delicious! Easy to make and soooooo good. I can’t wait to try it with the avocado.

Me and my family enjoyed it it was great a dish. We had a great hummus from Sprouts it was smoked chipotle. I sugest not adding the olives and keeping it on the side. But great nevertheless. 😁

This was a good recipe. I used half the amount of vinegar, but that's the only thing I changed.
