- 1 tsp. lemon juice (more if you’d like)

I added avocado to it and used my tomatoes from my garden. It was a hit!! Evan my husband who is not a big fan of tomatoes loved it.. Great salad for hot summer days!

Not bad; Doesn't make a lot. As another reviewer mentioned, this recipe greatly needs more fat. Added an extra tablespoon of olive oil.

I added some extra olive oil. I feel like it was still missing something but it was still quite yummy
