Okay this was DELICIOUS!!! One of my favorite dishes for sure. I split it in half b/c it was for my husband and I. And there was enough for seconds and/or left overs. I used garlic + olive oil couscous in the box (2 ea) from the Near East brand. I used the seasoning packet + loved what it added to the recipe. I also added Feta cheese!
