I should have used the suggested fish, I used flounder and found it a bit thin. The flavors were very nice, would have balanced better if id used nice oieces of fish like their pictures…I will def make again!!

Very yummy! This is in our rotation. I have made it several times. Sometimes, I add leeks and lemons and asparagus. We always end up feeling so satisfied, and it's great knowing we ate a healthy nutritious meal that tasted delicious!

Delicious, moist fish and zucchini was not mushy. Quick, nutritious weeknight meal. Will definitely make this dish again!

Very good! Very easy. I could not find what to do with the zucchini, garlic, or parsley in the printed recipe but it is easy to see from the pictures.

Didn’t have tomatoes. Added 2 potatoes and a red onion. Very flavorful. Would make it again.
