This was easy to throw together. I added extra seasonings to the chicken (herbes de Provence) and added some fresh mushrooms. It was good but still a little bland at the end for my taste. I’ll make it again with more pesto and whatever seasonings strike me. I also only used 4 romas because that looked like plenty of tomato. Overall, a solid base recipe to customize to your liking.

Excellent..I used ground chicken breast and added mushrooms. I also used additional pesto . Very tasty will put this in rotation.

Great! Making it again for dinner tonight and going to add some lemon juice also

Needs a bit more sauce. Some of the bites were a little dry.
The veggies were delicious and the chicken was a good addition. Will make again but will try to increase the sauce to pasta ratio.

Was alright. I think I added too much pasta, but the parmesan definitely helped with flavor

I am usually a strict tomato-based pasta fan, but this was really good! I loved the taste of the broccoli, olives, tomatoes, onions, and parmesan cheese! The chicken was pretty good, too. Might have to try a fish or shrimp with it next time. Overall, very good and will make again!
