Great! I’ve made this twice now. Gave it 4 stars because the lemon was too much for us. Second time I made it I left out the lemon juice and it was perfect.

left out the almonds because we didnt have any and added a little extra lemon, but it was good.

Really nice side dish, the toasted almonds flavour goes perfectly with the cauliflower! i had some leftover bulghur that i mixed in and was delish.

delicious. I used oregano instead of parsley and omitted the red pepper.

Really good alternative to my usual cauliflower rice! It was delicious. The almond slices gave a nice cruch and the lemon was light and fresh. I will definately make this again.

Went over very well at a dinner party that had a couple of people on the keto diet.
