This was really good but i tweaked it. Used feta cheese instead of goat cheese and walnuts instead of pecans also added some grapefruit, orange, dried cranberries and blueberries

Great use of canned beets. Used feta and added sunflower seeds and dried cranberries. A do over!

May use feta or Gorgonzola instead of goat cheese. Swapping in some pumpkin seeds too

I really enjoyed having a recipe for canned beets outside of just warming them on the stove. I am trying to lower blood pressure and beets are an excellent way to do this.
