OMG-awesome! First shot at meatloaf and so glad I used this. I didn’t have enough ketchup for top layer so used some sauce and tasted great. Thank you to whomever posted tbis!

Great! Added 1/4 tsp onion powder, garlic clove, and 2tbsp fresh cilantro for some extra flavor. Great hit with my man 😊

I only changed adding tomato sauce instead of catsup to the meat. Tender, juicy, and tasty!

Came out perfect! I would recommend adding some salt to the mix before baking, but it came out delicious and was incredibly easy to make

Delish....I doubled the meat, 1/2 the amount of seasonings, and the rest of the ingredients remained the same. I will make this again.

I made it once and the consistency came out really well and it didn’t taste bad, but the Italian seasoning was way too noticeable. It overpowered everything else. I remade it and added more onion and went without the Italian seasoning and doubled the recipe. Using the full amount suggested, it is far too soggy inside. I would recommend using a little less milk and maybe a little less ketchup, personally.

Best meat loaf ever! I did take the suggestions of others & only used 1/2 c bread crumbs, 1/4 c ketchup & 1/4 c milk. Put BBQ & ketchup on top. Hubby loved it. My new meatloaf recipe.

Delicious. We will definitely be making this one again with homemade cheesy potatoes and stewed tomatoes.
