I made these to sell and they turned out pretty well, I didn’t use the white chocolate and added more matcha

I made it and half of it turned out good. The cheesecake turned out fine, but the crust did not.
"1 pkg chocolate sandwich cookies (I used Oreos)" is too vague. I used a whole package of Oreos (probably about 24 Oreos), but the recipe might be referring to a package of 8 or 4 Oreos. Therefore, the crust was too crumbly and too big. It would be a more complete recipe if the quantity of Oreos or the ounces of the Oreos were stated.
I would do steps 2, 3, and 4 before step 1. I would get everything ready in steps 2, 3, and 4 and then melt the white chocolate and add it to those steps. The white chocolate tends to cool fast and you don't want to keep it heated for too long. If it cools down it starts to clump up and you can taste the clumps in the cheesecake. It taste nice, but if you want your cheesecake smooth it's better to quickly melt and use the white chocolate.
Overall it still taste good, but I'd have to work on getting the crust right because its hard to eat the cheesecake on top of Oreo crumbs. Also, modify the order and timing of the steps.
