I think this recipe would be better if you blanched the cauliflower first. The raw, cold cauliflower didn’t work for me so I warmed the final product in a skillet.

While we had a smaller sized head of cauliflower, the parmesan was overwhelming. that's all you could taste.

I used the premade cauliflower and put it in our thermos is, and it was very good... My biggest mistake was the fact that i overcooked the garlic which infused throughout the rest of the meal, but other than that it was very good...

this was ok. i am a potato fan big time, so it is hard to go from those to this. it still was tasty but juat not something i would make all the time

Good needed more moisture tho had to add sour cream and half and half and more salt
