I’m not sure what I did wrong. The cauliflower wouldn’t mash. I tried a mixer and a hand held masher. It was soft enough just would not become the right consistency
:-( still tasted good. Just not what it was supposed to be.

Turned out okay but definitely could’ve been my fault that it wasn’t better. Also I’ve never had mashed cauliflower before, it was kind of watery and just a different texture than I was expecting. I also put it in the blender so maybe that was it!

Way too tasty. My focus is on carb reduction and not a plant-based diet.I used beef broth to steam the cauliflower first and mixed some in for flavor. I gave a lot more garlic, some onion salt, and plant-based butter. I ate a whole head of cauliflower by myself.

Thank you for sharing your recipe.
I am impressed with the deliciousness of it. For me, the addition of fresh roasted garlic, and then a sprinkle of chopped cilantro atop is wonderful.

I added roasted garlic to the hot cauliflower. Turned out soooo delicious and I will make this again.
