I added fresh oregano, rosemary, garlic juice, and a little heavy cream. Topped with cheese in the oven and it was great!

Consistency of mashed potatoes but the cauliflower taste was overwhelming. Maybe I should've added more pepper and some butter.

This was an easy to make recipe (must have a food processor to get the creamy texture). My family enjoyed it.

Turned out great. Only 2 of us so I used 1 head and I used real butter and added some cream chord to give it a thicker consistency. I have a vitamix so it really puréed it 🤔. I'm going to bake it in the morning.

So simple, sooooo delicious! This is a staple for me now. Yum. It is creamy and tasty but so darned easy to make.

Actually tastes very similar to mashed potatoes. A different after taste but still good. We will see if the kids are fooled...

This dish turned out really well. I loved the lighter texture compared to potatoes. I went a little overboard with the garlic (totally my fault). I think the consistency would have been more uniform with a food processor but I will definitely make this again.

Omg it's the best app ever !! It's my fav app ❤ !! The best thing that we can see calories at every recipe and this thing will help a lot of people control their weight and their self and their calories! I'am overweight because everyone was saying for me that healthy food is boring ! It's honestly delicious. Putting the mashed cauliflower in the oven really helped! It gave it a nice texture.

Simple but delicious! I now make this as a side quite often. I tried it with a little creole seasoning and it turned out well!

We are not big cauliflower eaters but I thought we'd give this a try. It made super smooth mashed cauliflower but I was looking for more flavor. I think next time I'll combine with mashed potatoes to add some more nutrition to the standard dish (unknowingly to my kids!).

I found that steaming in chicken or veggie broth, you get a better flavor when served with meat main course.

Delicious and healthy!
Will replace mashed potatoes, much healthier... I reheated it on the stove, low heat, a pint of butter
