    Really good! I had to improvise since I couldn’t find dried red chili’s, used 2 tsp of red pepper flakes resulting in medium heat. Right for me but to hot for the Ms 😌 Served on white rice and added watermelon to the salads which was a great cooler to the mapo heat!
