    I make a double batch of these every Thanksgiving. I think the organic carrots and real maple syrup is the trick. I make a day ahead and reheat the day of. They are so delicious! The kiddos love them too.

    Very good and now that I know how to make them, easy. Used our carrots out of the garden and I added another tbl of maple syrup.

    I added a lot of syrup no idea how much turned out sweet ! Almost like a sweet potato! Very good!
