    Great as always. We had ground lean pork that my hubby made, extremely lean. So 1 lb.. so used 16 ounces egg beaters and 1 1/2 cups milk. Everything else the same and made 10 servings for 269 calories. Give or take lol. Hard to say with home made sausage. Will definitely make again as Gina wants and compare.
