loved it - used home made chicken stock also used cream of any soup recipe just used a whole chicken to feed
whole family

Pretty good. A little salty with all the broth and boulion. Maybe use like a low sodium broth? Everyone seemed to like it.

I would not shred the chicken next time. Chopping would be much better in my opinion because it would be more cohesive. Additionally, while I don't find the saltiness bad- I think it would be fine to omit one of the stock cubes. I would also consider this recipe in other meat flavors, such beef, pork or turkey.
