This turned out epically good. I didn't have seasoned salt so I just used garlic and onion powder, along with salt, pepper, paprika and ground mustard. I found the sauce was thickening too quickly as the cheese was still melting so I thinned it out with some almond milk. Cheeses used: parmesan, cheddar, emmenthal and another mystery cheese from my drawer. I also added fried onions and some ham.

Very tasty! Went off book a bit, as usual. I found the sauce to be a nice base roux for my recipe modifications. Will use again. Thanks!

amazing. Not a lot of cheddar where i’m at, so used a mix of local cheeses. Used a bigger pan to spread it out for a bigger crispy top!

First meal that has ever pleased everyone. I would have said, prior to this, that I hated Mac & Cheese but it was so so delicious. A family favourite from now on!

Amazing! Will definitely make again soon. I’m gluten free, I substituted Tapioca Flour & gluten free noodles instead. I had to simmer it a little longer to get it it thicken & I didn’t bake it. I served it immediately. My husband was impressed at how creamy the sauce was. Couldn’t even tell it was GF!!!

Crazy creamy! Will definitely use the egg technique again. Messed up my cheese selection with all mozz when I meant for half of it being cheddar. Modified with sour cream for extra tang and while it’s not cheddar, it’s a good save!

Great! I ended up using mild cheddar in the roux then baking it in the oven topped with colby jack and breadcrumbs. I also added one teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of the other spices. The macaroni was boiled in salted water so everything tasted well seasoned. I believe I made it once before without adding salt to the water and it was under salted that time.

Sauce has great texture and makes a good baked- style Mac and cheese
