    My mozzarella didn’t quite ball up like the recipe said it would, and it kind of burned on the bottom of the pan. Maybe I did something wrong, I don’t know. Anyway, the end result was amazing!! I put it on a pizza and cooked it right away and it was the perfect texture and taste for the dish.
