First time Making it. Microwaving is not advisable unless you plan on messing up a couple times first with tough dough. Also remember serving size is 1. About the size of a muffin. There isn't a drizzle like in the pixture for this but it does have a sugar topping. Tastes pretty good though. Microwaving for about 2:50 min worked.

Way too sweet with the mashed bananas and the added sugar. Would recommend cutting back sugar. Also cakes took about 25 minutes to cook at 5K feet.

I just started getting into these mug cakes and love how quick and easy they are. This banana one is perfect for breakfast.
